Lessons from a Decade of Livestreams

Mar 12, 2017

5:00pm – 6:00pm CT

Livestreamed video has quickly become one of the fastest growing and popular uses of technology – from spontaneous point-of-view footage to live streams of professionally produced content. With livestream tools available to everyone, there will be a learning curve for users to understand how to best leverage the technology.

This panel will be a conversation among The Young Turks, the longest-running daily livestreamed show, other live creators and executives from livestream platforms. The panel will examine the pros and cons of the democratization of livestreamed video, share insight on best practices and lessons from a decade-plus of livestreamed video.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
