Diversity in Tech: Readiness to Recruitment
This panel is focused on addressing the readiness, recruitment, and retention of early to mid-career employees and entrepreneurs of color in tech for an audience of key stakeholders. Within this lively discussion, critical solutions will be offered to CEOs, CDOs and investors seeking to increase and retain diverse personnel within their organizations, as well as university administrators, non-profit leaders, students and professionals interested in tackling how to harness a critical group's contributions for the benefit of their organizations and the world’s future. Experts will explore and debate challenges that are hampering efforts, and provide toolkits for organizations and individuals.
