Conversational Chatbots are the newest way brands are connecting with their audiences. The most successful example of this is the Activision "Call of Duty" Experience on Facebook Messenger, which hit an excess of six million messages on its first day, the most a branded chatbot has ever achieved. This panel brings together representatives from Activision, AKQA (the agency who directed the project) and PullString (the crew and technology who built it) to discuss the success of the "Call of Duty" experience, as well as where conversational chatbots can grow from here.
