Tenure for knowledge workers is declining. In fact, McKinsey reports that knowledge workers will have 11 jobs before the age of 45. Also, as workforces change, organizations are being forced to share more openly and to engage differently with their employees. As a company, how do you operate in this new environment? In this session, we will look at the following: The myths of "lifetime employment," the role of change and collaboration is modern organizations and challenging the notion of retention, seniority, and tenure. Should those be replaced with the breadth of experience, willingness to change? How can a company balance this new world of work?
