100 Million People You Don’t Know, But Should
Demographics present America as a big, dynamic, multicultural country. But imagine if we lopped off the largest cities and re-ran the numbers. This other America is less diverse and more homogeneous than you might think. These two Americas stand in stark contrast: they look different, value different things, and choose what and how they consume in unique ways. For those of us who create culture and commerce and technology, we have failed to understand a huge part of our audience.
Join us for a discussion about what’s going on outside of our bubble? How can we better appreciate, understand–and yes–sell to 100 million mainstream Americans we don’t really know?
