As the CEO of Avametric, this former fashion maven leads an SF based team that is developing cutting-edge software tools for the retail & fashion industries. As a recovering corporate retail executive, Ari founded A2B Ventures, a NYC based investing & consulting firm, in 2009 to focus on opportunities at the intersection of traditional consumer business with new technology. Here he worked with the likes of Uniqlo, CFDA, Dreamworks, Starwood Hotels, Equinox, ABC Kitchen, Steven Alan, the James Beard Foundation, Intelligentsia Coffee, Mindbodygreen, and Brit + Co, among many others. He's the Co-founder of Wise Sons Deli in San Francisco, and also helped Ron Johnson start ENJOY, where he was the head of Marketing and Communications. When not working (or serving as personal assistant to his 18 month old daughter), Ari is an avid blues musician and martial arts enthusiast. Ari has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, but please don't hold that against him.

Healey Cypher Founder/CEO, OAKHealey Cypher (yes, that’s his real name) is the co-founder and CEO of OAK. His passion is to elegantly infuse technology into physical retail. And along-side his amazing team at OAK, they are off to a good start with the recent launch of the Oak Interactive Fitting Room with Polo Ralph Lauren. OAK is headquartered in San Francisco, CA and has a showroom/office/lab on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Before founding Oak, Healey founded and led the Retail Innovation team for eBay, Inc where his team launched the Rebecca Minkoff Connected Stores, Kate Spade Saturday WindowShops, and projects with Nordstrom, TOMS, Sony, Westfield, and the Simon Property Group.
