Adam Falat joined Walgreens in 2011 and leads users experience design and strategy for digital health at the 115-year old company, which recently ranked number 35 on the Fortune 500 list. Adam oversees the User Experience (UX) Design practice and is responsible for the company’s pharmacy and health experiences across all digital touch-points. His team uses human-centered design practices and emerging technologies to connect business goals with customer and patient needs. He has also helped shape the company’s approach to telemedicine, prescription adherence and healthy behavior change using connected apps and wearable technology. Adam currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Michael Jarjour is president and CEO at ODH, Inc., a provider of data analytics solutions for the behavioral health field. Prior to leading ODH, Michael served as vice president, global commercialization and portfolio management at Otsuka Pharmaceutical and led the company’s global digital strategy. Before that, he led Kinematik, a company focused on developing scientific R&D solutions, as president and CEO. His strong entrepreneurial spirit stemmed from the first company he co-founded, Logonhealth Corporation, a provider of wireless handheld and web-based prescription solutions. Michael is committed to serving the tech and healthcare community. He is a venture partner and advisor at Mansa Capital, and previously served as CEO and board member of a healthcare technology company developed at the University of Pennsylvania.
