Luis Viguria is an international professional with more than 14 years of experience working with young people and entrepreneurs around the world. He combines a solid knowledge of the international development sector with a high level of ethic and field experience. He has showcased his proven leadership skills, by representing his country, world region and international organization in diverse high level activities and forums with decision makers from the governmental, multilateral and private sector. At the age of 35 years old, Luis became the CEO of the Young Americas Business Trust, a position that he took with great responsibility and leadership.

Luis Viguria was born and raised in Peru and graduated in Social Sciences with a minor in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and graduated from the Global Master of Arts Program in International Relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University.

Travis Moore is the Founder and Director of TechCongress, which is incubated at the Open Technology Institute at New America. TechCongress organizes the Congressional Innovation Fellowship, which embeds talented technologists with Members of Congress or Congressional Committees to serve as technology advisors. The first two Congressional Innovation Fellows are currently serving in the majority office of the House Oversight and Government Reform IT Subcommittee and the minority office of the House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee. Moore worked on Capitol Hill for six years and was the Legislative Director for Rep. Henry A. Waxman, helping guide his work on technology, health care and the environment. He founded Congress’ first digital communications fellowship and the institution's first Congressional staff conference. In partnership with NYU's GovLab, he developed the Legisletters platform, which captures and centralizes the policymaking letters sent by Members of Congress. Prior to his time in Congress, he worked at the United Nations Foundation and for Senator Tom Daschle on his 2004 campaign. He holds a Master’s in Contemporary European Politics from the University of Bath (UK) and a BS in Marketing from Miami University. He spent the better part of four years after undergrad backpacking around the world and also serves as a professional development trainer for New Leaders Council.
