B2E (Business to Employee) marketing is my jam. From the first time a candidate engages with our talent brand and all the way through their career at pandora, my focus is to make sure that each individual has a great experience that is reflective of our culture. I produce recruiting events and meet-ups, concerts and events for our 2K+ employees across different markets, highlight and promote social and cultural touch points for employees, and develop and implement the marketing strategy for our employment brand.

Part of this role is heavily focused on working with our Diversity team to ensure that we are weaving inclusion into all of our events, cultural touch points, and marketing – not just throwing "diversity events." I also lead our LGBTQ+ organization within Pandora - Pandora Pride - which is a group of just over 100.

Prior to this role, I produced concerts and events for Pandora's B2C brand. Prior to that, I worked in Digital Ad Strategy at Twitter. Prior to that, I worked in rock 'n' roll clubs and produced queer dance parties in Boston and Cambridge.

I'm passionate about live music, music discovery, queering up tech, employee experience and inclusion, and using the power of music and tech to help increase diversity within our industry.
