Anika is a Design Founder at Google’s 30 Weeks incubator in New York.

She’s creating RoomSplit - the platform for finding other event attendees to share the cost of your hotel room. Trialling the RoomSplit prototype during SXSW 2015, users had a new opportunity to find a place to stay, make new friends, expand their tribe and make their entire event experience more memorable.

Anika has spent the past two years travelling and staying in coliving spaces where residents and guests with similar values share ideas, learn new perspectives, enjoy more serendipity and help each other along their journeys.

An activist for both inclusivity and creating one's own path, whenever she’s home in the UK, Anika visits schools to speak to kids about indulging their curiosity, creating their own luck and the beauty of collaboration.

Her own journey to this point has involved designing collaborative experiments as a strategist with the brilliant minds at BBH Labs, joining “digital enlightenment” company, Decoded as the first employee, and co-creating London’s House of Genius - a monthly event where entrepreneurs present their challenges and crowdsource wisdom from panelists.
