Improv(e) Your Ethics: Roleplay Decision Making
Research shows that you are better equipped to behave ethically in the workplace when you have scripted in advance how to respond in the moment. We will use activating scenes, a technique used in theatre education, to role-play ethical dilemmas and help you enhance your in-the-moment responses to real life scenarios through strategic rehearsal. Join us for an interactive session that will apply improvisation techniques to expand your understanding of ethics and values, help you identify ethical red flags, and equip you with decision-making frameworks to solve ethical dilemmas.
