Practical Legal Tips for Organizing and Exiting
This interactive workshop will be led by two start-up and venture capital attorneys. During the session, we will form a fictional tech company, split up the founders’ equity, and create an incentive plan for key folks – all without creating tax nightmares or giving away the company. After buttoning up our organizational matters, we will explore capital raising alternatives, securities offering matters, and exit opportunities. The hypothetical progression of our tech company will be designed around questions and issues submitted by attendees before the workshop.
