Jayse Hansen has created some of the most iconic fictional user interfaces in film history. In Star Wars, Han Solo and Princess Leia discuss strategy using large holograms of the Death Star and Star Killer Base; BB8 and R2D2 coordinate their holographic maps to find Luke Skywalker. In Iron Man and The Avengers, Tony Stark puts his helmet on and hundreds of relevant holographic data animate to life: maps locating nearby enemies, flight controls, and suit diagnostics. In The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Katniss leads an invasion with a handheld hologram device and Beetee sits before a multi-panel computer display in order to hack into the Capitol. These types of Holographs and advanced UI designs all help to tell the stories in todays's biggest feature films.

Jayse also consults and designs for various real-world software companies, such as Meta, the leaders in immersive AR, as well as government agencies such as the US Department of Defense and Army Research Laboratories on strategies to use his 'outside-the-limits' design thinking to dramatically increase efficiency for dealing with immense amounts of time-sensitive, mission critical information.
