With the amount of information currently available, we no longer need to wait so long. Scott Wolf will explain how he’s tracking urban development by using a broad set of open data sources. Geospatial data combined with data on bellwethers such as small business growth can predict the more intricate aspects of gentrification and neighborhood life cycles in semi-real time. Learn the triggers of change and note the differences between cities and neighborhoods.
