Trust Me, I'm an Algorithm
Trust has always been tied to the success of brands. The rapid change in consumer behavior brought on by digital means that we can see how to build trust more clearly than ever before, and we're rapidly creating a new future where brands are competing to use data to deliver what the user wants before they want it. Brands are making and executing decisions on behalf of consumers. Financial management tools automate switching between providers. We see clothing brands delivering curated fashion. In this talk, we’ll discuss challenges and opportunities presented by a future of smart services and how brands can prepare to win what counts: a user’s trust.
