Ian Jones-Quartey was raised on a steady diet of cartoons and video games. His career took off when he became animation director on Adult Swim's The Venture Brothers. In 2010, he left New York for LA to work at Cartoon Network Studios for Adventure Time. Most recently, he served as the Annie-nominated supervising director on Cartoon Network’s hit series Steven Universe. In his downtime, he has created a ton of animation for the web, most notably the 70-episode improv-comedy cartoon nockFORCE, which he animated and starred in.

Jones-Quartey, in partnership with Toby Jones (Regular Show) and indie game studio Double Stallion, developed Cartoon Network Studios first original game, OK K.O.! Lakewood Plaza Turbo. The game is based on Jones-Quartey’s animated short which he created in the Cartoon Network Studios Artists’ Program.

Kyle A. Carrozza is the creator of Cartoon Network’s Mighty Magiswords. After starting his career at a small educational software studio called Funnybone Interactive, Kyle went on to make MooBeard the Cow Pirate for Nickelodeon’s Random Cartoons. He provided storyboards for Fanboy & Chum Chum, Disney’s Fish Hooks, and Doc McStuffins: The Doc Files as well as character layout for Spongebob Squarepants: Sponge Out of Water. Along the way, Kyle was the character artist for Kee-Kee Koki, a Puerto Rican comics strip, despite the fact that he does not speak Spanish. He created the webcomic Frog Raccoon Strawberry for Dumm Comics and has a podcast called Kyle and Luke Talk About Toons. Apparently, Kyle despises sleep, because besides all that, he also records catchy, silly music under the name TV’s Kyle.

Kyle can be seen sporting massive muttonchops, vintage puffy vests, and a pretentious, unnecessary middle initial. He should be avoided at all costs.

Rob Sorcher is Chief Content Officer for Cartoon Network, responsible for driving the network's content development, and its digital and gaming businesses. Sorcher oversees Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, CA, executive-producing content for linear and digital exhibition, and managing original IP across all aspects of the business. Sorcher is charged with overseeing digital strategy and product development across multiple platforms for Cartoon Network-branded products and services.
Prior to joining Turner, Sorcher was EVP programming and production for AMC Network, where he is credited with leading the network to tremendous growth and critical acclaim by introducing scripted originals, including the Golden Globe and Emmy-winning television dramas Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and the Emmy-winning miniseries Broken Trail.

Sorcher has also served as GM for USA Network, and EVP programming and production for Fox Family Channel.
