Dewayne Hankins enters his third season with the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter in 2015-16. As Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy and Digital, Hankins oversees broadcasting, creative services, game operations, digital media, marketing and retail for the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter. Under Hankins’ leadership, the team’s digitally focused marketing campaign helped achieve a franchise record in individual game ticket sales in 2014-15, the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter sites underwent significant responsive site redesigns, and the team has increased its outreach to Oregon and the Pacific Northwest with statewide brand activations. In his previous role with AEG Sports, Hankins oversaw the digital efforts of AEG’s sports properties worldwide, including the LA Kings and LA Galaxy, most notably the Kings’ cutting-edge social media initiatives from 2010-13. Prior to joining AEG, he spent time with the Minnesota Wild and Miami Marlins. Hankins currently serves on the NBA Team Marketing Advisory Board, the development committee for the Right Brain Initiative and as a board member for Special Olympics Oregon. A native of Lockport, Ill., Hankins is a 2002 graduate of Iowa State University, where he majored in communications. He and his wife, Gloria, and their sons, Hudson and Grady, reside in NW Portland.Hide the rest

Vincent Ircandia joined the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter in January 2013. As Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Ircandia works cross-functionally to enhance data-based decision making across the organization and ultimately affect bottom-line growth. Key areas of focus include ticket operations, organizational and departmental reporting, CRM/consumer insights, business opportunity analysis, organizational strategy and innovation, ROI analysis, email marketing, and pricing and yield analysis. Prior to the Trail Blazers, Ircandia was Director of Business Operations and Analytics for AEG Sports, where he worked with department heads to identify and evaluate revenue enhancement opportunities and increase margins. In this same role, Ircandia provided AEG Sports member properties, including the LA Kings and LA Galaxy, with the analytical support necessary to create a culture reliant on data-based decision making. Prior to joining AEG, Ircandia earned his MBA at USC's Marshall School of Business. His previous work experience includes equity research, corporate finance and venture capital roles with two industry leading investment firms. Ircandia was raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.Hide the rest
