Your idea wants to die, so let it. This destructive workshop will force you to build a controlled burn of your own ideas - necessary for growing stronger and juicier ones for the future. Hosted by IDEO designer Karoline K and impact tracker Yennie Lee from IDEO.org, you’ll be taken through a series of exercises to disrupt your own thought-processes so your ideas become more innovative. The session will involve a deadly mix of design thinking, product sprint tools and random prompts, approved by startup ghosts worldwide. Suitable for groups or individuals with an early-stage startup or idea.

Yennie is responsible for stewarding the measurement and evaluation of IDEO.org's completed projects and its learning platform. She is interested in building tools that evidence early data for pilots and implementation of IDEO.org's prototypes and designs. Yennie gets really excited about survey design, enumerators, and logic jumps.
Prior to joining IDEO.org, Yennie was at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, supporting a portfolio of grants focused on instructional support and tools for teachers. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago. Among her recent achievements includes viewing the recent season of "House of Cards" in a single weekend.Hide the rest
