U.S. Immigration Options for Foreign Entrepreneurs
Over 40% of U.S. companies in this year's Fortune 500 were founded by first or second generation immigrants, and even though immigrants make up less than 15% of the U.S. population, they are nearly twice as likely as American-born individuals to become entrepreneurs. This session will provide an overview of the visa options available for international entrepreneurs to start, invest, and grow their business in the U.S. We will also discuss ways for entrepreneurs already in the U.S. on visas to be able to commit to their startup without violating their current immigration status.
