Jason is the founder, CEO, and Chief Gamer for Battlefy, one of the world's largest third-party e-sports tournament creation and hosting sites. Since its founding in 2012, this Canadian startup has hosted thousands of virtual tournaments for the world's largest competitive games all over the globe. Jason has worked with the largest games and developers in the business including DOTA, League of Legends, Starcraft, Counter Strike, and many others, as well as games by Microsoft, Ubisoft, and others. And as a former competitive Starcraft and Counter-Strike gamer himself, Jason has built Battlefy into a for-us, by-us system to organize and host e-sports tournaments.

Sarah Chambless is an attorney with Manatt Digital Media, a division of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, in the Los Angeles office. Sarah’s practice focuses on technology companies, specifically in the areas of start-up company formation, early-stage finance, technology licensing and regulatory considerations, venture capital investment transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah also helped conceive of and launch OLabs, an incubator joint venture with Originate, a software development company, and ICM Partners, a talent agency, and she currently advises the OLabs portfolio companies, as well as myriad other start-ups across Los Angeles.
Sarah is very active in the start-up community, having served as a panelist for "Lean Start-Up Machine" competitions in Los Angeles and periodically as a guest lecturer or speaker at UCLA Anderson School of Management, the UCLA Blackstone Launchpad Start-up Accelerator, UCLA Extension, Claremont McKenna College, Women Founders’ Network, Digital LA, the SoGal Startup Summit, and Sustainatopia. Sarah was selected as one of Variety’s “Hollywood New Leaders: Lawyers,” in 2013, and is a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015.
