Startup Hubs Outside the Valley: Southeast Asia
It famously took Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger longer to get a visa in the United States than it took to build Instagram. With entrepreneurs and startup founders outside the US facing similar limitations, and more and more Americans coming face-to-face with the challenges of being "yet another" startup in the Valley, some are looking elsewhere to start and grow their companies.
In this session, we will hear from a panel of entrepreneurs who call Southeast Asia home. We will discuss the benefits, challenges, and future of the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
