Pitch to the Pros: Game Narrative Critiques
This session will provide attendees the chance to pitch their ideas for game narrative to a panel of seasoned professionals and get immediate feedback and advice. Topics will include world-building, character development, plot structure, thematic integration, semiotic processes, and more. Attendees are invited to bring their ideas for any kind of video game narrative, from the most linear, cinematic experience to the most abstract, gameplay-focused narrative system. Similarly, the panel will provide critiques for all levels of experience, from those beginning their career in game narrative, to veterans looking for a sounding board.
