Joel Rojo is a product designer, developer, and entrepreneur with a wide array of experience in the tech industry. He is passionate about technology's ability to connect people and provide value at massive scale. A graduate of Harvard, where he studied Sociology and Computer Science, Joel's experiences range from starting an online real estate agency at the age of 18, to working at Google's Creative Lab and New Business Development group, to building product at Indeed, the top job search engine in the world, where he was a product hacker on their Labs team. He also is an advocate for diversity in the tech industry serving as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Capital Factory for CODE2040 and Google.

Tricia Katz is a Web Engineer at Mutual Mobile. She also serves as a Co-Director for Women Who Code Austin, a global non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. In addition to organizing meet-ups and workshops for the chapter's 1,500 members, she teaches and mentors girls in coding programs at local schools and organizations including: The Ann Richards School, Techs4Tex, and GenAustin. She recently co-organized and ran The Austin Diversity Hackathon whose purpose was to support and encourage a more vibrant and diverse tech scene in Austin.
