Mike is the head of consumer product partnerships and strategy at Nest, working closely with iconic brands including Whirlpool, Mercedes-Benz, and Philips Hue to create meaningful and thoughtful product integrations. Through the Works with Nest developer program, Nest and partners can build connections that anticipate people’s needs to make their lives easier.

Mike joined Nest through the acquisition of his company Revolv, where he was the co-founder and head of business development. Revolv's smart home automation solution focused on delivering a simple, affordable, and unified smart home experience from wireless devices made by many manufactures. Before Revolv, Mike was the founder and CEO of Electric Rain, Inc., a 3D and multimedia software company that enabled Adobe Flash designers to create and integrate 3D into their Flash websites and projects. Mike grew the company from a basement start-up to a $2mil / yr company, and licensed its technology to major tech players such as Adobe, Autodesk, and Microsoft.

Mike earned his business undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He continues to live in Boulder with his wife and two kids, and has a passion for travel, beach volleyball, and surfing.
