Motherhood to Manager: Keeping Career After Baby
Studies show the number of working women in the US declined while employment rates for women in other countries increased. There is a connection between flexible family leave, child care, and other policies that have been supporting working parents in European countries that lack in the US. Judith will showcase the benefits gained by companies and society when women work in technology, as well as the benefits that unfold when mothers and soon-to-be moms work in tech.
