Aja Aguirre is the beauty editor for Autostraddle, an independently owned, award-winning online magazine for LGBTQ women, and was thrilled to be recently named as the Brand Scout for Volition Beauty, an SF-based startup that gives consumers the reins to product development. She's also at the helm of Fit for a Femme, an eight-year-old award-nominated style blog, and has been featured in Curve Magazine, The Huffington Post, Huffington Post Live, dapperQ, Qwear and Unicorn Booty.

In addition to beauty and fashion/style, Aja continues to grow Autostraddle's community and content for queer people of color, building on her experience as chair of the Diversity & Inclusion committee at Family Equality Council, a national nonprofit for LGBTQ families, as well as her time volunteering for The Representation Project, which uses film as a catalyst for cultural transformation and to create a world free of limiting stereotypes and social injustice.

Leon Wu is the CEO and Founder of agender luxury clothing label Sharpe, which creates custom and ready-to-wear clothing, accessories and lifestyle products. Two years ago, inspired by the LGBTQ community, Wu created the trademarked formula AndropometicsTM, which revolutionizes how one measures the body based on an individual’s gender identity and queer style. Sharpe has become a rising name in Hollywood providing custom clothing for celebrity and entertainment industry clients. Sharpe suits have been photographed on the red carpet at Cannes, Oscars, and Emmy’s, worn in Top 40 music videos, and featured in numerous publications including The Huffington Post, Fashionista, The Advocate, Frontiers Media, Curve, Dapper Q, Qwear, and Buzzfeed.

Wu was selected as fashion design judge on RACKED.com “Young Guns” 2015 for up-and-coming designers. As an entrepreneur, Wu has been featured on AT&T Business Circle, Wall Street Journal, Canvas8, Workaholic and Native Society.

Wu holds a B.A. in Economics at UCLA and an M.B.A. at New York University Stern School of Business with an emphasis on Marketing, Change Leadership and Luxury & Retail focus.
