The Nimbus is an electronic band from Austin, Texas; formed in late 2011 by Ritch Napierkowski and Martin McCreadie, who have both spent time as sound engineers in Austin's Red River Cultural District. In 2013, the duo expanded to include drummer, Gabriel Barrientes, who brought a complimentary intensity to the duo's electronic core. Their first release, ‘™WORD – THE MANY WAYS OF RAINY DAYS‘, was released on February 18, 2014, followed by their first vinyl single, “Fever b/w Little White Lies (Tempted)” on Flippin' Records in September 2015. The band is currently working on a new espionage themed album for release in late summer of 2016.
