The Resistance is a Christian Rap Group from Austin, Texas. Mixing their beliefs and art, The Resistance is known for their high energy rap performances. The group has shared stages with people such as WWE Superstar Mark Henry, Billboard 200 Charting Artist Johnathan McReynolds, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth of the TV show “The Apprentice” and Grammy Nominated Artist No Malice. In their 7 year career the group has been on tours across the state of Texas had hundreds of shows and written songs for a local amusement park. Both members of the group (DRAY SOUTH and We Are Chosen) have performed at SXSW in the past and look forward to another great year.
