Acid-drenched goth pop hailing from Los Angeles, Metal Mother is Tara Tati; the singer, producer, and performer behind the sound. She's previously released 2 albums, 'Ionika' (2013) and 'Bonfire Diaries' (2010), on her own label name, Post Primal. She's currently working on her third album. Inspired by ancestral studies, hardcore experimentation, social revolution, and technology; she weaves the harsh with the mystical through pulsating darkwave electronics, intricate rhythm arrangements, and euphorically spazzy vocal layering.

She was featured on the Glitch Mob song 'Becoming Harmonious', which appeared in the trailer for the Tom Cruise movie 'Day After Tomorrow'.
