Five girls live at a Paris home for wayward teens, each of them branded by a deeply troubling past. Forming an ad hoc community-within-a-community, the girls struggle to identify themselves no longer as victims but as something new and hopeful.

Nora El Hourch is Moroccan-Franco. She grew up between two worlds, two cultures who honed her eyes to the others and to the world around her. She has been writing since she was young. After some hesitation years in her schooling and professional career, she finally decided to take the plunge. QUELQUES SECONDES is her first short film.
