Cesar Vazquez is the founder and CEO of CCAN Ventures, LLC –digital studio that develops solutions targeted mainly to the US Latino market. Cesar oversees CCAN’s overall strategy, ensuring the firm’s stays at the vanguard of all relevant trends related to Latinos. His experiences as a business lawyer, entrepreneur, negotiator and real estate developer, provide a perspective that can only be described as unique. Among his ventures, he has founded Buydega.com, a Latino based e-motions and e-commerce website.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Administration. He then began his legal studies at the InterAmerican University School of Law in Puerto Rico where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, and was elected Editor in Chief of the InterAmerican Univerisity Law Review. He proceeded to concentrate his studies on European Union Law attending the Ortega y Gasset Foundation in Toledo, Spain. Back in Puerto Rico, after working for a year as a Law Clerk at the Office of Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, Hon. José A. Andréu García, he moved to Washington, DC to pursue a Masters in International and Comparative Law from the Georgetown University Law Center. In 2004, he completed studies with a concentration in real estate development from the Graduate School of Design of Harvard University in Massachusetts.
