Alex Cirillo is the Co-Founder of Big Vision Empty Wallet, a film & media incubator, and Big Vision Creative, a production company specializing in feature films, live events and audience building.

She’s an adjunct professor at NYU teaching audience building, marketing, and distribution for filmmakers and artists, and has
had the opportunity to speak on these topics at festivals nationwide, including Sundance and SXSW, where she also throws awesome parties. Over the last 6 years she’s produced over 300 events internationally, ranging from award shows to experiential marketing campaigns to film screenings to celebrities’ birthday parties.

Cirillo got her start at Washington Square Arts & Films, where she produced TV pilots, commercials and digital content. She
previously was a chairperson on NYWIFT’s Special Events Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Mythic
Bridge, a non-profit organization that provides hands-on, narrative filmmaking education to disadvantaged youth in NYC. She is
in post on OCCASIONALLY DATING BLACK WOMEN, a feature film written & directed by Tahir Jetter, which she co-produced.

As Vice President of Digital Media for Bunim/Murray Productions, Kesila Childers oversees digital extensions for on-air properties, original digital content and social media initiatives. Childers co-executive produced the digital crossed over into television show BRKDWN, which featured pop culture news and stories of the moment. Childers also co-executive produced Chachi's World, SOS: Stylist on Set starring Johnny Wujek, Best Ink Redemption and two season’s of The Controller. Childers has been point on multi-platform initiatives for Real World, The Challenge, Best Ink and Bad Girls Club. Prior to Bunim/Murray Productions Miss Childers worked in talent management. After working closely with talent pioneering the digital space she decided to make the leap from representation to digital. Kesila graduated from Ithaca College and is originally from Orange County California.
