This panel explores how proprietary fan communities boost an artist's brand by allowing for more meaningful interaction between the artist and their fans, and by providing data that helps the artist and their management better understand who their audience is and market back to them. Featuring Kid Rock's Sarah Moore and Eric Church's Nick Barnes speaking about the unique features of the fan communities they run, this panel will demonstrate that no matter how they're run or who is in them, fan communities are an essential part of an artist's digital identity.
