Dana Lu is a Dominican/American, DJ/Producer from New York, NY. Usually at some events/parties, you hear djs simply clicking next. With an ear for music and a talent to match, Dana Lu began to take notes on different styles and reading the crowd. Dana Lu has DJed several notable clubs/lounges throughout the NYC/NJ area as well as, private loft parties, college campuses and more. She also has done some behind the scenes work for Power 105.1's very own DJ Prostyle for his website ProAtThis.com. In 2013 Dana Lu picked up the habit of producing her own remixes, mash-ups and original productions. In 2014 Dana Lu was able to land her own College Radio show each and every Monday from 9-11pm on the campus of William Paterson University playing nothing but Hip Hop, Dancehall, Jersey Club, Soca, and much more. Not to mention Dana Lu was added to the well known Brick Bandits and #THREAD family, Dana Lu continues to excel and push the boundaries and set the standard that female djs are not only rare, but prolific.
