He began his journey as a teen in St. Louis, MO with a passion for dance. After back to back wins in TD Jakes’ Megafest Talent Search in Atlanta, GA in 2005 & 2006, he then served as a backup dancer working with the likes of Cho’zyn, J.R., & Christian Pop singer Jai. He later served in marketing positions for Willie Moore Jr and founded Sparkfire Films with film credentials including work for GRAMMY Award winning producer J.R.’s ‘So Hot Productions’ and Thi’sl ‘Motivation’ Music Video.

While attending a DJ Battle at SXSW 2012, it sparked an interest in his heart for the exhilarating art form of DJing. Soon thereafter, the small everyday hobby became a passion. Exactly one year later, Cho’zyn Boy was selected to spin at SXSW 2013 ... on the very same stage that sparked his love for the craft.
Cho’zyn Boy’s first release, “High Like Crazy”, (a remix of "High" from Lecrae's award winning album 'Rehab') garnered great reviews. Winning awards for #1 Remix of the Year by both Wade-O Radio Show & C1 Radio Show, with “I’m Good Remix” charting #1 for Most Downloaded Dance Song on Noisetrade.
In August of 2014, Algoriddim [maker of 'djay', #1 DJ app for iPad & iPhone] handpicked Cho'zyn Boy as Djay Ambassador of the flagship product.
Cho'zyn Boy's debut EDM project is set to release Spring 2015.
