The last decade has seen an explosion in the size and complexity of audiovisual experiences and interactive art. At festivals, as well as on stages around the world, lighting has been taken to new heights and produced mind-blowing experiences for crowds. However, these experiences have still all tended to be monolithic and produced, using pre-rendered, rather than live-generated content.
