Nathan Salsburg is a guitarist, producer, archivist and Grammy-nominated writer in Louisville, Kentucky. Since 2000 Salsburg has worked for the Alan Lomax Archive, for which he works in the capacity of Curator, compiling releases of the American folklorist's recordings, and managing the Archive's online audio, photo, and video catalogs, including its popular YouTube channel. He is currently managing the Archive’s initiative to repatriate Lomax’s 1930s East Kentucky recordings to repositories across the state. He's also compiled and produced archival releases for the Mississippi, Dust-to-Digital, and Tompkins Square labels, and he curates the Twos & Fews recording imprint of Chicago’s Drag City company. As a guitarist he has released two solo albums — "Affirmed" (2011) and "Hard For to Win and Can't Be Won" (2013) — and a duet record with James Elkington, entitled "Avos" (2011).

Don Fleming is Executive Director of ACE and the Alan Lomax Archive. He supervises all ACE preservation, publication, dissemination and repatriation projects. Don developed a proactive system of locating artists/heirs and maintaining correspondence, agreements, and royalty payments. He oversees the development of the ACE website and Research Center. Don initiated, developed and participated in an international outreach project for Black History Month, in partnership with U.S. State Department and the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress, which toured nine European countries in 2005. Don co-produced the two-CD Alan Lomax Blues Songbook and was project coordinator for the Jelly Roll Morton: The Complete Library of Congress Recordings (awarded a Grammy on 2005) and Alan Lomax in Haiti box sets. He has been with ACE since 2000.
