Europe's fastest growing economy is coming to America's fastest growing city.

As Ireland becomes the first European country to open a Consulate in Austin, the Irish Taoiseach (Prime Minister) comes to SXSW Interactive to talk about why Ireland has become the fastest growing economy in Europe and the policies which have made it a global tech hub.

Ireland is the only English-speaking country in the Eurozone, with barrier-free access to the European market of half a billion people. The combination of a strong talent pool, business-friendly policies, innovation and a great quality of life have created a tech ecosystem that has attracted the world's top born on the internet companies as well as generating a vibrant startup culture of Irish entrepreneurs.
