Karen Griffith Gryga is a Managing Partner at DreamIt Ventures where she oversees the Philadelphia cycles and leads fundraising efforts for DreamIt Fund II. She is the co-founder of Liberty Venture Partners, a Philadelphia based venture fund established in 1997 with $150M under management; FashInvest, a media and events initiative known internationally, focused on emerging growth entrepreneurs within Branded Goods, Fashion, Fashion Tech and Retail; and co-founder and CEO of Lipstick Wisdom, a community website for mothers of children with neurological differences. She was Vice President at Philadelphia Ventures, Fund Manager in Residence at Context Capital Partners, and Executive Directors at the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group. Currently, she is board member of Sidecar. Karen holds a MBA from Wharton and and a MS in Computer Science from the Moore School of Engineering. Karen also earned a BS in computer science (Phi Beta Kappa) from William & Mary.

Prior to founding True Wealth Innovations, Dr. Sara Brand was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation at AMD. At AMD, she held several key leadership positions, including Chief of Staff to multiple CEOs. She also led the integration of the largest semiconductor acquisition (at the time) as well as redefining AMD's strategy in the professional graphics market. Before AMD, Sara spent time in the venture capital industry and in strategic management consulting at McKinsey & Co. in San Francisco, both focused in the semiconductor industry. Sara started her career at Intel Corp. as a materials science researcher and then spent several years with Applied Materials as a core technologist. Sara holds a BSME from The University of Texas at Austin and earned a PhD and MS in ME/Mfg and a Management of Technology Certification from UC Berkeley as an NSF Fellow. Sara also owns with her husband, Kevin, (512) Brewing Company in Austin.
