In order to create a social impact investment eco-system a community needs to have a physical place to gather. This place serves as a test ground to incubate and validate new ideas. While not all of the ideas that are birthed have the same success, this space allows for social innovation to flourish where otherwise it may only happen in a silo or not at all.
