Holly Stiles is an attorney who has dedicated the last five years of her practice to advancing the civil rights of individuals with disabilities. She received her Juris Doctorate in a 2007 from New York Law School, and a B.A. in Ancient History from UNC Chapel Hill in 2003. As a person with hearing loss, Holly is keenly interested in how we use technology to include people with disabilities in the world.

Virginia cut her teeth in digital communications when it was only an emerging industry. She’s come a long way since those early days, working for the first DSL company in New York City (back when AOL dominated) and riding out the dot-com boom at an internet incubator.

Virginia continues to work primarily in digital communications and has spent most of her career on the agency side, developing the strategy for clients like the American Institute of CPAs, Krispy Kreme and Our State magazine.

Since co-founding the Workshop Group with her partners from South Africa, Virginia has helped clients, large and small, to forge a deeper connection with their audiences. Virginia is not a strategist who stops at the big ideas. Her early years of managing projects to the last detail left a permanent mark. She’s always thinking about how to turn strategy into a plan of action. Virginia brings unfettered energy and enthusiasm to her work, which is just one reason collaborators enjoy working with her.
