Amanda's love of math and science led her to obtain an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in engineering. But she always had a hidden passion for television news, and went on to receive a masters in broadcast journalism at Syracuse University. A career Renaissance woman, Amanda has worked in television news for NBC Network News, global business development for Omnicom Media Group and marketing for The Tyra Banks Company. Amanda also holds an MBA in marketing from New York University. Jennifer Nedeau is a communications and marketing expert with nearly a decade of experience working with the media, non-profits, political and corporate clients. She is passionate about politics, technology, women’s rights. She has a diverse background that is focused on bringing innovation, leadership and positive change to the industries she works with. Currently, Nedeau serves as a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), a growing advertising agency based in Washington DC. Nedeau manages a team, leads client strategy and is focused on the evolving intersection of social media marketing, online content and advertising. Nedeau also runs her own business, Nedeau Strategies, where she offers PR services, social media coaching and event management. Previously, she worked in New York City where she directed traditional, mobile and online strategy for some of the largest media brands in the world: TIME, FORTUNE, MONEY, and CNNMoney.
