Drones and the Texas 500: A Broadcast Challenge
Drones are on their way to becoming standard tools in videography, but what does the future hold for aerial broadcasting at live events? Drones have the potential to tell the story of a sports event from a new perspective, but there are long-term steps required for widespread adoption at live action events. In this panel, we'll discuss how one of the world's premiere racing venues and those on the forefront of live-broadcast marketing have witnessed innovation within their field, and how they envision the future of aerial broadcasting at live sports events. We'll explore the current difficulties of live-broadcasting from a drone, as well as how and if their use will evolve.
