Sunday, March 15

Austin Convention Center
Ballroom C
Austin Convention Center

The Age of the Millennial is filled with hard workers eager to chart their own personal and professional courses. Whether they start their own company or take a position in a larger organization, Millennials value equality over hierarchy and are more likely than their predecessors to want to work on a team. Meanwhile, Boomers are sticking around the workplace longer in order to recover income lost due to the 2008 financial crisis. Many managers are left wondering: how do you build and nurture a generationally diverse work team while taking into account individual skills and strengths? What can you do to ensure your team is engaged, productive, and committed? Everyone performs better when using their strengths. In this session, learn how focusing on strengths makes teams more productive and successful. Understand how to build teams with the talents necessary for successful start-ups.
