Brittany is the General Manager of the Union Square Ventures Network (USV). USV is a venture capital firm that manages $1B across six funds. Their portfolio companies created services that have fundamentally transformed important markets including Twitter, SoundCloud, Tumblr, Foursquare, Zynga, and Kickstarter, among many others. Prior to Union Square Ventures, Brittany founded Incline, transitioning military veterans into technology jobs, and co-founded gtrot, a social travel recommendation engine. Previously, she worked at American Express. Brittany has a Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from New York University.

Serial entrepreneur and inventor, Ann Greenberg, co-founded Gracenote, the leading metadata and Automatic Content Recognition service (acquired by Sony and now owned by Tribune.) Gracenote answers half a billion queries daily and is embedded in all major consumer electronic, software and automotive devices.

At her new company, Sceneplay, Ann is building a cloud-based collaborative video storytelling platform, which enables users to act, sing and dance together inside video, automatically. Ann also runs the Hugging Company to house her other projects, including: FanpulseTM and AdbanditTM.

Ann mentors Korean accelerator, SparkLabs and she advises transmedia productions, immersive 360 panorama, music tech and big data startups. Ann previously co-founded ION (BMG), which pioneered enhanced CD and early interactive cinema systems with Bowie, Eno, The Residents, Rundgren, Primus and others. Before founding her own companies, Ann headed marketing for Academy Award winning, Pressman Films.
