In business, nothing happens until someone sells something – an idea, a product, a service. Sales are the lifeblood for most companies.

Many new organizations put an incredible amount of focus into their technology, branding and social media strategies, their staff, etc. And rightfully so. But few organizations, including some large ones, fully define their key sales process step-by-step. Some unintentionally back into the "ready, fire, aim" plan with "hope" as their key strategy.

Professional and effective selling is a specific and intentional process. Get the basics right and you have a strong platform to grow your business, add more key staff or get funding.

This session will walk participants through the seven key steps to an effective selling process. It will provide participants with an outline they can fill in about their own business. It will even provide a mini audit of their current process and what may need to change to improve sales.
