Jia Jiang moved to the United States at 16 years old with a dream to become the next Bill Gates. However, he settled in a role with Dell after graduating from college and decided to be contempt with the American dream of comfort and a nice middle class home.

At thirty years old, Jia realized he didn't like the direction his life was headed towards. He wanted to build the business he had dreamed of for so many years.

So facing his fears head on, he quit his job at Dell and started his company. After a few difficult months he was rejected by an investor, which crushed his spirits. He realized he took the rejection too hard and it shouldn't affect him so strongly. So he came up with a solution to again face his fear head on, he would get rejected for 100 days.
