You'll walk away with a better understanding of why prices and rents are soaring (psst…you can't just blame the tech industry), and realize that:
You can't have it all. There are tradeoffs. No one city, neighborhood, or home has everything you want.
You'll need to answer some tough questions honestly: Are you a saver? Can you stand commuting? How safe is your job?
