It’s hard to imagine a child's school without a library. Soon, it will be hard to imagine our corporate & brand culture without cognitive science. In recent years we've had Google at our finger tips deciphering our mind with each letter typed and have seen IBM Watson demonstrate a nuanced understanding of taste or Netflix's predictive recommendations. The technologies that power brands are quickly becoming today's librarians, cognitive science concierges, that seek, gather, and filter by understanding your intentions and increasing the potential solutions available. We will explore the role that library and cognitive science technologies have in defining our brands, both internally and externally.
