Caroline Wallace is one of the co-founders of www.bitchbeer.org, an all female-run craft beer blog named as a tongue-in-cheek play on the sugary sweet beverages often marketed to women in place of beer.

Bitch Beer's first book "Austin Beer: Capital City History on Tap" (2013) explored more than 150 years of brewing traditions from pre-prohibition to present day. The blog has been named one of the “Top 10 Austin Food Blogs” by the Austin Chronicle, and one of "10 Food Blogs to Follow" by Glamour Magazine.

In addition to writing about craft beer, Caroline works in film and video production, is a novice homebrewer, owns a pet micro pig and is an avid lunch beer enthusiast.

Josh Hare is the owner and brewer of Hops & Grain Brewing. Hailing from Abilene, Texas, with his formative years spent in Boulder, Colorado, Hare's background includes working in specialty retail, working at Mountain Sun Pub in Boulder and teaching seventh grade science. It was in the mountains of Boulder that he discovered a curiosity in the world of craft beer and a thirst for something different than the standard American light lager.

Since Hops and Grain opened in October 2011, the brewery has tripled capacity, as well as earned a gold medal for its German Style Altbier, called ALTeration, at the 2012 World Beer Cup in San Diego, California.
